Windows Server roles Application Server and Web Server
If you are building and deploying a web application, you will deploy it to a web server. The following are requirements of the web server:

- Windows Server 2012 R2 (any edition)

- Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.5
- Including Windows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation
